I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but after the default install, I've been trying to follow the instructions tool by tool, line by line. I was able to edit the pastor info, and added the staff storage under staff directory and created bio for pastor. The issues I've got so far with the staff plugin is that the additional info wont show, i.e. bio. www.gfcbc.org is the site. Thanks for the help and education. Big learning curve, but slowly getting it....

For the Staff Directory, you can set the "What To Display" in the Main tab of the Flexform. You get to the Flexform by going to the Staff Directory page in the List view and choosing the Staff directory plugin. If you choose the default - List By Line -- it does not include Bio and other fields in the template. You can choose "List Verbose" or "List Custom" to get all the fields.

Then to set the fields, you need to go the Fields tab in the Flexform. You need to choose which fields you want to display.
