I deleted the staff info from wec when I could not seem to change the information to my own. I then went and followedthe instructions and went to the storage folder and readdd the staff info but it just hangs there trying to add it (it shows waiting for http://elijah.gtaog.org/typo3/alt_doc.php?returnUrl=%2Ftypo3%2Fdb_new.php%3Fid%3D31&edit[tx_wecstaffdirect... ) it ends behind the green progress bar. I have left this sit for 10 minutes and it does not add. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bill,

I have no idea why that would happen -- my guess would be that it was a temporary site slowdown problem. If you can duplicate this, then the best way for us to diagnose it is that if you could email me a Backend User Login for the site, and then we can try it and hopefully determine what is going on.

For others with similar problems -- we resolved in looking at this problem, we found that the Map was not configured right, and because of a Firewall issue, the server could not talk to Google Maps. So it hung on creating a Staff Directory record. The solution was to disable the "Use Maps for Staff Directory" option in Ext Manager->Loaded Extensions->WEC Staff Directory options (which are set on install of the extension).
