The default HTML-template for this extension has a lot of inline style. Is there some of you who has already cleaned this template?

Yes it does. It is a bit rough-draft. However, there should be a new version coming out -- hopefully on Tuesday of this week -- that has an updated template. It still has some inline CSS styles, but it has been reworked some and fixes some errors in IE6 and IE7.
Once the new version does come out, if you do want to help with the CSS cleanup or changing it, that would be much appreciated.
