I know that the description field is not being stored as rich text, but it doesn't keep simple attempts at formatting like blank lines to help separate paragraphs. Am I missing something on the setup that would allow some simple formatting of the text?

Hi Bob,

Currently, there is no way to do that. However, I can make a minor update to the Servant Connector extension to allow formatting. I will try to get it done this week, but if not, it will be in 2 weeks.

If you have any more feedback or features you would like to see, I will be working on some upgrades for this extension in the middle of January.

I should be able to get an update by the end of the month. I have been swamped with making changes and fixes to other extensions this month.
