I dont know why, but my ext manager dont find any Servant Connecter, when I search for: wec, (stuff) !!?

Cant I get it elsewhere, or is there an explanation for why I cant find it??

To be honest, the file is more important to me than the explanation... it would be great if someone could help!!

Hi Fred,

If you are trying to get it from the Extension Manager->Import Extensions, and entering in 'wec' or 'servant' there and get nothing back...then you likely have one of two issues:

1) You may have to go to Menu->Settings and then make sure the "Enable unsupported extensions" is checked. If not, please check it and then click on Retrieve Update.

2) Go to Menu->Settings and look at the Mirrors. Set it to one mirror...instead of Random, or if it is set to one, then try Random. Then click Update button. If for some reason, the Mirror is down, you will sometimes not receive an error message...and it appears that the extension is not found.

Also, in the Import Extensions menu, click on the Retrieve Update button to get the latest extensions. The Servant Connector has been around for awhile, and even if this was old, you should still find it.

It sounds like a solution, BUT:

1) I dont have any function named: "Enable unsupported extensions", its just a username, password form and nothing else

2) Dont see any mirror /server options either...


I didn't mention om stuck with version 3.7 (course Im having a problem with some sv extension, which I also cant find, an nobody recognize this problem in any mailgroup...)

So, is it because of my version?? Does any of my problems make any sense to you??

Hi Fred,

Ok...3.7...never used that (I came in at v3.. But I did find an install of v3.7.1. I found that you have to click on the "Display shy extension". For some reason, some of our WEC extensions are "shy"...I think it is a problem with the TER2.

So click on that, and you should then be able to search for the WEC extensions.
