Subject: Emails disappear
I would like there to be one main email for the connector contact, and I see an option to put this in the flex form. The only problem is that when I save, it clears the email contact...
PS- there are already MANY opps added, so it's not really an option to add a contact to each seperate one.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Stephen

Hi Stephen,

Where are you putting the email? It should go under Administrator->Notify email to receive ALL contacts.

When you say disappear, do you mean you enter in an email and then click on Save, and then it disappears? Or when does it disappear? I have never seen that kind of behavior but with some more info, I can look into it. Also let me know what browser you are using.

Is there any way to make it ignore the contact box in each opportunity, but only use one universal recipient? We already have alot of records entered, and it gives me server error if there is no contact in the opportunity. I just dont want to have to tell the client to make 150 changes

Thanks,
Stephen

I will have to look into that. It should be an option if it is not already.

As for the Flexform not saving...it sounds like either there is an error in the Flexform or on the PageContent element (outside of the Flexform). Did you double-check IE and make sure it saved because the error you get sounds like it did not.

If it did not save...

Do you see any yellow exclamation marks to the left?

If not, then try adding other data in the Flexform and see if that saves.

If it does save, but just not that field, then I would make sure you update to the latest Servant Connector. And try that.

If it still does not work, let me know and I can look into it.

it looks loaded in IE, and there are no errors next to it... does it only work if there is a contact explicitly defined on a per opportunity basis?

SO FAR
flex only saved in IE
only sent when I picked a contact in the opportunity

would like
universal contact

Thanks,

I'm having a problem with emails in the servant connector as well. They aren't disappearing upon entry into the Flexform, it is just no one is receiving emails when someone signs up -- even the administrator. My questions are:
1. How to fix it so at least the "notify to receive all contacts" works
2. Are the signups written to a database so I can extract it?

Hi Elizabeth,

What version of the Servant Matcher are you using? You can find this in the Ext Manager->Loaded Extensions view.

Also, what TYPO3 version are you using?

Servant Matcher is 1.0.1
Typo3 is TYPO3 Ver. 4.1.2
