Did you read the documentation chapter on XML Feeds? That's probably the best introduction we have to the topic. This documentation can be found at:

Well, the feed works. But it has different behavior in IE 7.0 and firefox. In IE, I can see the link to the mp3 files. But in firefox, I don't see the link to the mp3 files.
How do I fix it?

I'm not 100% certain, but it appears as though Firefox doesn't support the enclosure element. So it can read feeds (of tremendous variety), but it's not able to fully participate in podcasting. I do see that there are Firefox add-ons that serve this purpose, however.
From my vantage point, most sermons users access the enclosures/mp3s via the iTunes client application.
