2nd posting of this question:
We are seeing that the time posted with the user's post is not correct to our time zone.
Is there some way we can make adjustment to this? If so, where? how?

In the How-To Manual, there is a reference for TypoScript Configuration of the general_dateWrap and general_timeWrap ...

It says that these formats can be found in php.net/date or in the "TypoScript Reference (TS Ref) manual under date-conf"

Can you direct me to where I might find this manual?

* I have the Typo3 Enterprise Contant Management book from Packt... there is nothing in the index referencing 'date-conf.'

* I've searched the Typo3 Inline Manual for "date-conf." and didn't find anything...

* I went to typo3.org and searched for TypoScript Reference Manual, as well as TS Ref... I found something called "TS Config Manual" by Kaspar and downloaded it...

If anyone can shed more light on this, I'd really appreciate it.

I think I have this fixed... I re-set the time configuration on the Web Server...
