We have a FE User who routinely has difficulty posting to our Prayer Board. She is using AOL... I have recommended to her to use IE instead... but nevertheless...here's the problem she is experiencing: She will login (our board requires login for posting), complete the form, check the box indicating that 'she is a person'... and then it returns her to the Connector page without posting.

The connector works fine for us... I can log in with her id/pw and post just fine. I am assuming it is some setting in her browser or some other user error that she is unaware she is doing.

But, just to make sure, I thought I would post here to see if there is some known quirk with AOL or if anyone has had any similar experience with FE users...

It would be helpful to know what version of AOL she is using. AOL usually uses IE as the browser. Also, it would be helpful to know what Operating system she is on too (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista)? With that information we can try to duplicate it the best we can here.

Also, what version of WEC Connector are you using on your site? Have you updated to the latest WEC Connector? If you do update to the latest, you will have to install Static templates. Otherwise, it fixes bugs and improves features.
