Sorry for the double-post, but this applies to the WEC Flash Presentation extension also:
I have found this to be a problem on some computers using Internet Explorer that have recently had a security update. I experienced this on my home computer, work computer, and several others have had the same problem. Flash will not load until it has been updated to the most recent version (v.9.0). So, the WEC Flash Player and Flash Presentation extensions do not load in Internet Explorer if your computer does not have the most recent version of Flash. If you're using these extensions on your website you may want to put a notice posted somewhere for people to go to Adobe and update their Flash plugin (you can use the instructions below if you want).
If you think you might have this problem, follow these steps:
1. First, go to www.Adobe.com and click on the button on the home page to "Get Adobe Flash Player"
2. When the Download page loads, be sure to UN-check the Yahoo toolbar option then click the "Install Now" button
3. When you see the animation just under the Adobe Flash Player header, you are good to go. You should now see the Flash player extensions on your site and be able to view other Flash movies on the web.
