Subject: RTF centering text on Devo Content
In both IE6 and IE7, the RTF for the DEVO content is showing up as Centered instead of left justified. It works ok in FireFox. I've tried to manually set the RTF to left justified using the toolbar as well as setting the paragraph to <align-left> without any effect. I am using a modified DEVO template, but only changed which sections are to show up.

Any help would be appreciated.
Bob.

Hi Bob,

I do not see anything in the Devo setup that would cause this. Plus I have not heard anyone else have this problem. My guess is that it is a template. Are you using one of the new templates? If so, which one?

If you have a URL, I can look at that and hopefully diagnose it better.

Sorry it took so long to respond... - here is the info you need to take a look:
Template: Love In Action - 2 Column, Green
FE Login/PW: test/password123
BE login/pw: tempadmin/password123
URL: http://asburyunitedmethodist.org/learn_grow/foundations_on_line_bible_study/
click on Study #1: Prayer.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Bob,

I was able to look at your setup and had to look at the template and CSS. I am not sure why IE7 looked at certain CSS and Firefox did not, but the wecdevo-content and UL tag had inherited a text-align:center. What I did was edit your wecdevo.tmpl and change the line in CUSTOM2 template to:
<div class="###CONTENT_CLASS###" style="text-align:left;">

I did make a change in the CSS for the next version so it will be forced to text-align:left. This is the first time we ran into this problem, but I think it is because of the list element you have. Which should be fine, but some CSS (possibly from the template) is causing it to be centered.

Bob and Dave,

Since the username and passwords were posted here publicly, I logged in and changed the passwords so we don't have a security issue. If you need them again, e-mail me at Mark@webempoweredchurch.org.
