Subject: Web-Empower Your Church
Greetings from the United Kingdom!

This is not a question - just a passing comment of encouragement.

Yesterday, I walked into the Cathedral bookshop, Durham, England, and was delighted to see that they were selling Web-Empower Your Church by Mark Stephenson. Naturally, I bought their remaining copy and am already feeling empowered as it shows me how to set about bringing together the people who could help raise our website to a level beyond the example I have already produced.

Durham is about 176 miles – (about 3 hours 17 mins) from where we live and it did not occur to me that I would be thinking of this forum when I was down there. As I contemplated the grandeur of the challenge faced by the builders of that ancient edifice, constructed to testify to the Gospel, I thought how appropriate that from within it, should come a book about how to build a new and much more flexible complementary framework and fabric for the presentation of the eternal Gospel.

Long may the Web-Empowered Church be blessed with the ability, grace and wit to help believers bear witness to the Gospel wherever people go in search of answers.

Cheers,
Calum

Calum,

Thank you for the encouragement! We are blessed to partner in ministry with everyone in the Web-Empowered Church community. God is doing something big here. It is exciting to get to be part of it and a blessing to get to hang out with God's awesome servants around the world in the process. God is good!

In Christ's Service,
Mark

Even for me, with Spanish as my mother language, sounded encouraging. GBY.

Having God's people working together even with differences in languages, customs, countries, denominations, etc. is pretty cool. When I see WEC-supported websites in other languages I am absolutely thrilled! That is a great blessing. Very cool!

In Christ,
Mark
