Subject: Lost
I am lost too. I cannot access the cpane l as instructed and have no idea what to do please call me at (541) 756-7601. It has been a few days since we signed up and still not able to do anything.

Frank,

I posted a ticket to Vine Hosting to tell them about this issue. It looks to me like your site is ready to go. You need to login to cpanel to install WEC. You should have gotten an e-mail with instructions. It could have been filtered by your e-mail spam filter if you have not seen it.

Frank - it was a pleasure chatting with you.

For those interested - DNS Cache was at fault.
Frank was unable to see his website as his local router memorized the website ip address and did not notice the IP address had changed.

The simple fix here was to reset the Router's power thus flushing the DNS ARP (cache)
