Just installed this program today, so I'm making my way through it. I left the default WEC extensions installed. My question, and maybe it is a dumb one, is where do I go to configure and use some of these extensions? For instance, where do I go to make a blog entry? Or where do I go to upload a sermon or make a news entry? Is it through the "list" mode in the backend?

Sounds like you're on the right track Web->List view is the correct place to go. If you haven't seen them already, the tutorials (http://webempoweredchurch.com/support/tutorials/) and how-tos (http://webempoweredchurch.com/support/howtos/) may be useful for learning the TYPO3 backend.

Ext Manager and file list are not on my module in typo3 4.1.6. I have the rest of my site up and running but I can't get many of the extensions to work. When I follow the tutorials it has you use these modules.

Any one have an idea as to why these modules are not listed?

Are you logged in as admin or basicadmin? Also, in the bottom right corner, what workspace does it show there? That would be the top right if you are running 4.2 for some reason.
