I'm not aware of any TYPO3 extensions that will actually display a Powerpoint presentation on a page. There may be some third party applications (Flash or ActiveX based) that could be embedded inside TYPO3. You could also export the presentation as images or a PDF, as Pete suggests.
The easiest option is to simply add a download link and not worry about showing it on the site, but that may not meet your needs.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Ted and Jeff
There are different ways to get your powerpoint on your site :-)
1. http://www.slideshare.net/
Upload your powerpoint and then embedd it like a yourtube video. Perhaps someone can put this also into an TYPO3 Extension ;-)
The good thing here is that you can even share in fullscreen mode. Ideal if you want to share a complete Presentation between Nations or even Continents. Put the presentation online and someone else can easy present everything somewhere else without downloading anything.
You can also put a widget on your page :-) easy and fast!
P.S.
Sorry forgotten something>
You could also upload your ppt to googledocs and then post the link on your site i.e. with a nice picture from the ppt. Click on it and the complete presentation would open in a new fullscreen window presenting your presentation. Quite nice to collaborate too
