Subject: Lost site when I attempted update
I clicked on a upgrade for script Installs on an e-mail I received from support @ vinehosting.com. After the upgrade I can no longer get to my back-end log-in nor will the website open. I emailed vinehosting but thought someone in the community might also no a fix.

Dean,

I know they are having some issues with the upgrade notification script sending out false requests to upgrade. Vine is working on this now. For others who read this, please do not act on this e-mail. It was sent in error. Dean, I believe Vine will be able to get you back up and running soon. Please be sure to open a ticket at Vine.
