Subject: Installation problem
I've installed a few versions of WEC now and this is the first time I've seen this error. I installed the latest version and got it, so I installed the previous version (that I'd done before) and same thing. Currently using Typo3 4.1.5 on it.

Basically the bottom part of the screen frame (where the search thing is) gave a "Page not found" error redirect, and the same when you attempt to add a new content element to a page. I disabled the .htaccess to see what happened without the page redirect and I now get Internal Server Error in the same place and when you attempt to add a new content element

Any ideas?

Apache version 1.3.39 (Unix)
PHP version 4.4.7
MySQL version 4.1.22-standard
Architecture i686
Operating system Linux

Cheers,
Mark

Am thinking maybe a PHP4 problem? Am requesting upgrade to PHP5. Could this be the problem?

OK for completeness my host have now upgraded me to PHP5.2 and it's working fine.

Thanks, hope this helps someone else with a similar problem.

Hey Mark,
Glad to hear you got it worked out. As for the underlying problem, I'd guess its some extension with a bit of code that requires PHP5 or some server configuration difference between their versions of PHP4 and PHP5.

Thanks,
Jeff
