I was just curious as to why you switched from chc_forum to mm_forum in the starter package. I'm considering switching, but was curious of your reasons. Also is there any thought to change this forum over to mm_forum?

We changed to mm_forum because it looks a little nicer and it is more actively maintained. It is also a little easier to setup/configure. We have not moved to mm_forum here for one main reason. It does not support subscribing to a forum so you receive an e-mail for every post. We rely on this feature to monitor the forums. However, with mm_forum, you can subscribe to a thread of discussion within a forum and you can get an e-mail when someone starts a new thread in a forum. So the feature is close to what we need but not fully there.
