I've got the Vinehosting Turn-key package,and have walked through numerous weeks of difficulty getting my domain transfered. That part is over. It looks like I have an active website...but I can't log in to Typo3 backend. I've never been asked to register a username or password, and it's not taking my vinehosting name and psw. I have literally spent WEEKS trying to get this up and running, and I'm still stumped. I have a 3 hour time difference with vinehosting support, so I can't seem to get the answers I need. I think the problem must be in getting Typo3 installed right. I'm totally new to this...and I thought it was going to be WAY easier....and I haven't even gotten to the website building part! HELP!

I talked to Glenn at Vine Hosting and he said he had just talked to you on the phone and is scheduling a Webinar for you to introduce you to Vine and WEC. I think that will get things moving quickly. The process of domain changing usually goes much easier unless your previous hosting company slows things. Then it can be frustrating I know. In any case, I think you should be moving now.
