Subject: vine privileges error

I was navigating the backend of a client's typo3 install (on vine) today and elements began failing to load. The following is the final and current failure... you can check it out at hyde.vinehosting.com/typo3 ... and ideas?

Stephen - I would suggest they contact support.

Just a note: there was an upgrade to the date2cal extension recently.
I am thinking the date2cal file may need to be deleted from cache.

[/home2/hydepark/www/typo3temp]# rm date2cal_cache.php
rm: remove regular file `date2cal_cache.php'? y

Once removed the backend appears to be working...

I will see if we can make sure this is done on the upgrades in the future.- not sure why it was missed here...

Just an update... I noticed that the access privileges were also off for other sections (fileadmin, etc) as well. I am not sure if the privileges actually changed or if the apache user that generated the files originally (from typo3) changed.

I've ran into the privileges problems when trying to edit the typo3 generated files before, but never the other way around... nothing a little 777 cant fix

Yea, there was some access issues due to some upgrades at Vine Hosting. I believe they are resolved now.

Hi Stephen. :-)

Just an FYI that Hyde Park looks to be back in business. And we're fast approaching remedying the root cause of the problem so it shouldn't happen in the future.
