Does anyone know if Vine is having problems? Our server keeps going out (for the past 24 hours), and I didn't know if something was wrong out there.

I spoke with Sergio @ your office regarding your server.
Since this is a colo only account - you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the server... I did about 5 hours of maintenance on your server - patches updates etc... however I would suggest having your server admin take a look @ your server.

All other servers in our network are operating fully.

Ok, I guess I will have to call him now. I know that we were having issues all day, and there wasn't really anything that we could do as we aren't there at our server. I don't really know what we would have to do with the server there. All I know is that the WEC installs and mail I have on it were not available.

We may have to figure something out, as we seem to have downtime too often. If there is anything I could do to help with this on our end, let me know. It just makes it hard to do things without email for a day .

Just so you know, we have not seen any recent issues at Vine. Everything is working great. So it does appear to be an issue with your local server.

Yeah, I haven't seen any problems with the hosting on the shared servers. We are all hooked up here now. We got the access to be able to reboot our remote machine from here now, so thank you and thanks Glenn for helping us out.
