I am on a deadline to complete this site and I seem to be getting nowhere. The church as given me permission to upgrade my hosting account so that I can get faster tech support. However, when I try to upgrade, I receive this message: "You cannot upgrade/downgrade this account because it is overdue on payment." We are not overdue, since we are paid in full for a year.
