I'm having difficult getting our site up and running! I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at Vine, but I'm stuck. I've followed the instructions in the welcome email from them about getting started. I can get to the temporary control panel, but that's as far as I can get. Any ideas?

I apologize, first off, that Vine's communication hasn't been up-to-par (our phone system is experiencing some trouble it would appear). Secondly, I apologize that you guys are running into an issue w/ the actual service.

I believe I know what's happening here. There are a handful of clients that are currently experiencing some DNS issues. We are actively working on the problem and I'll let you know when things are up and running for you. If you haven't already done so, please open a Vine ticket for this issue so we can ensure that this is taken care of promptly.
