Import the WEC Default Template Setup (IF NOT USING WEC)

If you are not using Web-Empowered Church TYPO3, then you will need to download the Default Setup files to use the WEC Templates.

1. Begin by downloading the files from the Web Empowered Church Templates repository - go to www.webempoweredchurch.com.
2. Go to Getting Started in the left-hand menu.
3. Select Templates from the Getting Started sub-menu.
4. Scroll down on the templates page and select the WEC Template Repository link.
5. Click the defaultsetup.t3d link.
6. Save to your computer.
7. Next, log in as full administrator (not basicadmin) to your website.
8. Select List from the TYPO3 menu.
9. Click on the Storage Folder link.
10. If you see the TemplaVoila Data Structure records (DS), then the Default Setup is already present. If not, continue.
11. Click on the Storage folder icon
12. Then click on "Import from .t3d"
13. Select the Upload tab and then the Browse button.
14. Locate the file on your computer.
15. Click the Upload files button.
16. Click the Import tab and scroll down.
17. You should see a list of records under the "Structure to be Imported" area.
18. If you see any Messages that "File already exists!" or "File does not exist!" the records may have already been imported or a file may need to be created. You can continue if these messages appear, but you may end up with duplicate records.
19. If no other warnings or messages appear, you can click the Import button.
20. Scroll down in the Storage Folder listing to view the imported records.
21. Find the Default Template record and Cut it using the Cut (scissors) icon.
22. Click on the link to your top-level page (still in List View).
23. At the top-right of the page, click the Paste icon (clipboard with green arrow).
24. The Default Template record is now moved to your top-level page. This record contains the code that will allow you to use any of the WEC Template Designs.
25. You are now ready to begin downloading and importing the WEC Template Series.
