We are the hands and feet of Jesus on earth. The Web-Empowered Church movement will only reach its potential if God's people join together to make this God-given dream a reality. That is already happening around the world, but more participation is needed. Below are ways you can participate.

Pray

Register for a WEC User Account

Please register for a WEC account if you have not done so already. You need an account to participate in the support forums and other features. It also helps us know the size of the WEC community and the location of users around the world. The details of the registration information you provide are not shared publicly. We won't send you spam e-mail. And we won't share your e-mail address with other organizations.

Host with Vine Hosting

Vine Hosting is also a ministry of The Foundation for Evangelism. Vine specializes in web hosting for churches and ministries using the WEC software and the TYPO3 content management system. All proceeds from Vine Hosting beyond the costs of hosting operations will be applied to other ministries such as WEC. You will probably need to pay to host your website anyway. Register Your WEC-TYPO3-Based Website

It is a great encouragement and blessing to the WEC developers when they learn of churches and ministries using any part of WEC. It also encourages those who are helping to fund WEC. You can register one of two ways. Our preferred way is the WEC Examples page because your website link can be seen by everyone. It also helps drive web traffic to your website. If you'd rather not have your website listed publicly, then please provide your website address on the quick registration form below. Please use this form even if your website is not complete yet. Quick registrations are tallied and reported within the WEC leadership, but are not made public. Once you are ready, you can register on the public Examples page if you choose. Note: the form fields will clear after you click on the send button.

Tell Others About WEC

WEC does not pay for traditional advertising. WEC offers two easy ways to tell others about WEC on your WEC-TYPO3-based website. If you are using a WEC template, you can ensure that the "We are a Web-Empowered Church" link remains displayed in the footer of your web pages. You can also add the WEC Button to a page on your website. These result in links back to the WEC website, which are an easy way of telling others about WEC and of showing appreciation for WEC.

Donate

WEC is free for you to use. However, the cost of developing WEC software, documentation, and training is substantial. We are blessed because The Foundation for Evangelism currently funds the majority of WEC ministry. Donating to WEC will enable WEC to provide even more ministry features and can speed the development. It will also help sustain WEC well into the future. Serve

Within WEC there are many ways you can serve. Many different skills are needed such as people experienced in ministry, language translators, PHP developers, testers, forum supporters, trainers, and website developers. You don't need to spend a lot of time or to be a software developer to serve a vital role in WEC. Please use the WEC Servant Matcher page to explore the many exciting opportunities to serve.
